Our 30-Day Return Promise

We want you to love your custom iPhone case. If it's not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

What We Accept for Returns

Your case must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact. We understand these are made-to-order items crafted specifically for you, so we can only accept returns on cases that haven't been used or installed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your case arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund—your choice. We'll also cover return shipping for damaged items.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours and provide everything you need to send it back safely.

Return Shipping

For standard returns on unused items, customers cover return shipping costs. For damaged or defective cases, we provide a prepaid return label.
